Lorenzo Fauri, who learned his craft in London’s most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, cooks just like his grandmother did, carefully preserving her recipes. Now, he delights our guests at Il Giardino with culinary treasures from his Italian homeland. His creations are classic with a modern twist, using ingredients sourced directly from local farms and the boats of fishmongers. Perhaps you'd like to try his baked turbot, prepared with Taggiasca olives and capers, or his grandmother’s specialty, Gnudi, those "naked ravioli." With each dish, the charming Italian chef has a story to tell.
And all the while, you’ll hear the birds singing in the palm trees of our garden.
