To keep up your workout routine while on holiday, we offer state-of-the-art Technogym machines in our fitness centre, and there is a whole range of sports activities to make sure you enjoy staying active throughout your stay, such as nearby Golf and available Tennis court at the hotel.
Personal Trainer
If you have a particular area to focus on, or need to do some preventive training, our personal trainer is available by pre-paid appointment to create an individual programme tailored to your fitness goals with a proper warm up and use of the equipment.
Aquagym
Water gymnastics represent an excellent possibility of taking exercise without putting excessive strain on the joints, and it’s a great way to interact with others through a group activity. Starting the day with a few aqua exercises will lead to an increase in vitality. Water gymnastics is suitable for all age groups and workshops take place five times a week.
