What is the distance to Maspalomas beach and the main shopping area in Meloneras?

Our hotel is located just in front of the beach of Maspalomas and its dunes landscape (2 minutes walking distance) and 5 minutes walking distance from the shopping area in Meloneras.

How much is a taxi from the airport to the hotel?

The airport is 38 kilometres to the north-east. The approximate driving time is 30 minutes and a taxi costs approximately 40 - 45 €. The hotel also offers a transfer service, who personally picks you up in a Mercedes for a surcharge of 48 - 55 € per drive (according to the luggage compartment space required).

Public transport from Airport or near hotel

Guests may take the public bus, lines 66 and 90 from the airport to Faro de Maspalomas. Buses leave every hour (at half past and 20 to) and the driving time is approximately 40 minutes. The public bus from the airport to Faro de Maspalomas (5 minutes walking distance from the Seaside Palm Beach) costs approximately 4 euros.

How do I get to the hotel?

Guests can get to the hotel by taxi, bus or private transfer.

How many meeting rooms are at the Seaside Palm Beach?

Flexible event spaces include a 156 m² conference hall with capacity for 120, the Esencia restaurant, which measures 76 m², and a 19 m² meeting room.

Can I get a group discount?

Yes, we offer special prices for groups. From 10 rooms you receive a special group discount, while for groups of 25 persons or more one member of the group can share a double room free of charge. For more information please contact our group travel team: event@seaside-collection.es

Is there a hair salon?

Yes. It opens from 9am – 1pm and from 4pm – 7pm. You may book and appointment upon arrival.

Are there daily fitness classes?

Monday to Friday we offer Meditation, Yoga & Stretching, Tai chi & Qi Gong and Aquagym. We also place at your disposal the service of a personal trainer (available by pre-paid appointment).

How long is the SPA area open?

The spa is open for bookings and information from 9.30am to 5.30pm and treatments are provided daily from 10am to 8pm. Cosmetic treatments take place daily from 10am-6pm.

Is the entrance to the Spa included in the room price?

Yes. This includes the entrance to our saunas, salt cave, wellness pool with underwater massage jets and the brine pool.

The pools are heated?

All pools are heated. Our saltwater pool with underwater massage jets is heated to 30ºC and our brine pool to a temperature between 30ºC – 33ºC.

How is a guest’s birthday acknowledged?

We acknowledge our guests with a bottle of cava and a piece of cake in their room for their birthday – upon request. Please contact our Front Desk or Management Team.

What is the Dress Code at the Seaside Palm Beach?

Breakfast – Resort casual: Covered bathing suit allowed, e.g. dress, bermuda, etc. No sleeveless shirts for gentlemen. Dinner - Smart casual: long trousers and shirts with sleeves for gentlemen. No flip flops allowed.

Do you have Specialty / A la Carte Restaraunts?

Yes, two: Esencia and La Bodega.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

We offer gluten and lactose free products. In our restaurant, guests may also choose a vegetarian dish among the a la carte dinner options.

What is the breakfast, lunch and dinner opening hours?

Breakfast: 8am - 11am

Lunch:1pm - 3pm

Dinner: 6.30pm – 10pm (7pm – 10.30 pm July and August)

Snack Bar Africano: 10am – 6pm (open until 11pm during summer)

Are there gift vouchers available?

Yes, you can buy gift vouchers for SPA treatments

Is there an ATM in the hotel?

Yes.

What is the pet policy?

Dogs up to 5 kg are welcome in the hotel. The cost per day, per dog is 25 €.

Is there parking available and how much does it cost?

We have free parking for our hotel guests. Space is limited. 

Does the hotel have smoking rooms?

No, the hotel doesn’t have smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed in certain dedicated outdoor areas. In all rooms smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

Does the hotel offer baby cots?

A baby cot is free of charge upon request.

Is it possible to provide an extra bed in the room?

Yes, it is possible to provide a bed for children (up to 12 years old) in all rooms and upon request.

Are there rooms with connecting doors?

Yes, the hotel has connecting rooms available.

Is there WIFI and how much does it cost?

The WIFI is free of charge for all hotel and restaurant guests.

Does the hotel offer a late check-out?

Yes, we offer a late check-out, upon availability and under request. Please contact our Front Office Team early in advance.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and Check-out is at noon.
