RÖSTI WITH SMOKED SALMON AND HORSERADISH CRÈME FRAÎCHE  

At Seaside Palm Beach we are fortunate to welcome guests from different parts of the world, making the buffet area of our main restaurant full of international dishes and products so you can travel through your palate in a unique gastronomic experience.

Typical of Swiss cuisine, Rösti with smoked salmon and horseradish crème fraîche is one of the big hits every night. Rösti, a kind of grated and fried potato cake made only with grated potatoes and seasoned with salt and pepper, is the crispy base for a creation full of flavour.  

On top of this base the horseradish crème fraîche is spread, a creamy sauce with a spicy kick that is made from sour cream (crème fraîche) and grated horseradish. A slice of smoked salmon is then included and finished with a touch of apple sauce.  

HOMEMADE PASTA IN OUR BUFFET RESTAURANT AND ITS THEME NIGHTS 

If there is one night that our guests look forward to, it is the Italian theme night. 

Every day, our kitchen team prepares homemade pasta in our restaurants, making it without a doubt a reference to our buffet where you can combine it with your favourite toppings and foods.

ROAST ENTRECOT WITH FRENCH FRIES AT LA BODEGA RESTAURANT

In La Bodega restaurant, our chefs have taken the concept of tapas to haute cuisine, becoming one of the favourite restaurants among locals and hotel guests. 

A place where you can taste a selection of typical Spanish dishes and pair it with the best wines and beers. But, undoubtedly, one of the signature dishes of the menu is the roast entrecot with french fries. A real delicacy for a special dinner.
