On our barbecue evenings in Gran Canaria you select your meal yourself. Three evenings a week our barbecue buffet offers you delicacies from Spain, Italy, Mexico or Asia all prepared by our own chefs. Choose from a selection of savoury dishes including meat, fish and more, all prepared before your eyes for an exciting live cooking experience.

Executive chef Steffen Schenk and his team ensure that guests are offered a memorable dining experience, using high quality products sourced locally wherever possible, and all paired with local and international wines. Without exception, our desserts, cakes and bread are made in the hotel's own bakery. Take a look at our menu below to whet your appetite.

Breakfast & Lunch
Resort casual: Covered bathing suit allowed, e.g. dress, Bermuda shorts, etc. No sleeveless shirts for gentlemen.
Dinner
Smart casual: long trousers and shirts with sleeves for gentlemen. Flip flops are not permitted.
